:Oxidized Bitumen Packing Types
There are different types of Oxidized Bitumen which are clarified as below:
1️⃣ 25 kg Meltable Poly & Polyamide Bags
The usual and most economical packing is poly bag type. They are 25 kg poly bag bags made of polyamid. they are melt-able with bitumen when applied as below picture. In each 20 feet container can load around 23 tons of these bags which is about 920 bags +/- 5%.

Pars Bitumen offers high-quality oxidized bitumen packed in meltable poly and polyamide bags—the most popular packaging type for international export.
Description: Each 25 kg bag is made from a special heat-resistant polymer that can be melted directly in the bitumen kettle. There’s no need to open or cut the bag—saving time, reducing waste, and keeping work areas clean.
Container Loading: Approximately 23 tons of oxidized bitumen are loaded in one 20-foot container.
Quantity per Container: About 920 bags (25 kg each).
2️⃣ 25 kg Kraft / Craft Bags on Wooden Pallets
Our 25 kg craft paper bags, also known as craft bags, are an eco-friendly and durable solution for oxidized bitumen export.

Description: The bags are reinforced and laminated for moisture resistance. Each pallet is shrink-wrapped or strapped to ensure secure stacking and safe transport.
Container Loading: Each 20-foot container carries around 22 tons of oxidized bitumen.
Pallet Count: Roughly 880 bags per Container 20 feet can be load.

3️⃣ 25 kg Carton Boxes on Wooden Pallets:
Pars Bitumen also supplies oxidized bitumen in 25 kg carton boxes, offering extra strength and neat presentation for export and warehouse storage.
Description: Each carton box is moisture-resistant and securely sealed, providing excellent protection during shipping.
Container Loading: About 22 tons per 20-foot container.
Pallet Count: Around 20 pallets per container.

4️⃣ Jumbo Carton Big Bags (1,300 kg Each)
For bulk buyers and industrial projects, Pars Bitumen provides jumbo big bags—also known as super sacks—for large-volume shipments.
Description: Each jumbo carton bag contains approximately 1,300 kg (1.3 tons) of oxidized bitumen. These are placed on wooden pallets for easy forklift handling.
Container Loading: A 40-foot container carries around 20 jumbo bags, totally ~27 tons.
